Nico is a native of Argentina but has lived here in the States for the last 13 years. His passion for drumming dates back to his childhood were he would hit every pot and pan near his sight. His parents enrolled him in piano lessons only to discover that he would sneak to the drum room and strike every drum as hard as he could. At the age of ten he left his home town and headed to Miami, a place he now calls home. For his twelfth birthday his mother surprised him with his first drum set.
Nico’s dedication to drumming grew in high school. In those four years he was involved in numerous music related activities, such as drumline, drum corp, winter drumline, jazz band, etc. He dedicated three years to strict rudimental drumming that helped developed his style.
